When a Client Creates an EFP Report, Why the Member and Client Reporting the EFP Transaction Cannot Be Found in in the Drop-down Lists for Members and Clients?
Only the member who has successfully registered for the institution of the currently logged-in trader by the previous trading day will be displayed and available for selection in the drop-down list for “members”.
If the selected member has registered for the institution of the currently logged-in trader, the client whose certificate number is identical to the organization code of the institution of the currently logged-in trader and for whom the selected member has completed the registration of an EFP seat will be available for selection in the drop-down list for “clients”. A “member” can be selected only after a “client” has been selected. Otherwise, the drop-down list for “clients” is inoperable.
