 功能：寫(xiě)英文字符的點(diǎn)陣
 
 說(shuō)明：把get_eng_font返回的點(diǎn)陣信息寫(xiě)到屏幕上指定位置（x，y）處。
       mode=0時(shí)寫(xiě)8x16點(diǎn)陣信息，mode=1時(shí)寫(xiě)8x8點(diǎn)陣信息。
