 功能：在屏幕上畫(huà)一矩形并填充。
 
 說(shuō)明：（left,top）指定左上角坐標(biāo)，（right,bottom）指定右下角坐標(biāo)。
       mode決定畫(huà)圖方式，其值含義如下：
       0：清除方式
       1：正常方式
       2：反相方式
